  • Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Delivery Time: 3-4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also notify you when your order has been successfully delivered.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, including:

  • United Kingdom Post
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL

Shipping is FREE for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 6 business days within the United Kingdom.

We currently ship to the following locations:

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations.
  • Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If the package is declared lost, please contact us at info@eliteautoequipment.com with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
